Food Festival Week
It’s Salisury Food Festival this week and we are pleased to be running 2 special evening workshops complete with a 25% discount. We have our popular Thai evening on Wednesday (14th) and Fantasy Cupcakes on Thursday (15th) both running from 7pm – 10pm. There are just a few spaces left so book now if you are interested!
Young Carers
Joanna & I are looking forward to working with our third group of young carers tomorrow. It is great to see these amazing children taking time out from their exceptional lives to have a bit of fun.
Salisbury Food Festival

Fantasy Cupcakes 23rd August
There are a few spaces left on our popular Fantasy Cupcakes workshop on 23rd August, so why not treat yourself and spend an evening fine tuning your cake baking skills & learning the secrets of icing the perfect cupcake. We’ll even show you how to use sugarpaste to create roses & other beautiful decorations.

Brand New Birthday Parties
Swap aprons for lab coats and chefs hats for goggles at these fun new birthday parties where science & food come together to create some tasty & exciting (sometimes even exploding) food! During the parties the children make food Heston Blumenthal would be proud of like apple caviar pearls, exploding toffee & ice cream made in a bag!
Summer Fun
We’ve been busy this week at Splat Cooking (Salisbury)! On Tuesday our kitchen was full of children for our first Summer seasonal workshop cooking up an Italian feast with lovely seasonal fruit & vegetables. Today we enjoyed an afternoon with the children at the Winterslow Play Day decorating biscuits in the sunshine. Onto the weekend with cupcake bouquets…..!!

Italian Bank Holiday!
We have just 2 spaces left on our Italian workshop on Saturday 28th may 1.30pm – 5pm. What a great way to start the bank holiday weekend learning a new skill and using fresh ingredients to cook up an Italian feast.
We will be making pasta from scratch, risotto, focaccia bread, biscotti and a lovely raspberry tiramisu some of which we will sit down and enjoy at the end and you will take home a goodie bag bursting with the rest & of course the recipes for you to use again at home.
